✳️ How to prepare Khanom Jeen Namya Pa
- Boil the noodles in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Scoop out and rinse with clean water. Set aside.
✳️ How to make a concentrated jungle liquid
- Prepare 200 ml. of water and bring to a boil.
-Add meatballs, fish meat or pork blood (optional)
- Add the forest liquid seasoning powder and heat it up. Wait for it to boil. Turn off the heat.
-Add coriander and spring onions as desired.
-Take the concentrated coconut milk soup that you have prepared and pour it over the prepared Khanom Chin.
